Digital Items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds & Exchanges on Laser Custom Orders

Due to the personalization of our items, laser custom cut orders are not eligible for refunds or returns, unless there was an error on our part.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 HOURS without giving any reason for doing so.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, there has to be an error that was done on our end. If the order was made wrong we will correct and resend or refund.
