Digital products are non-refundable and ineligible for returns under any circumstances.

Due to the personalized nature of our custom laser-engraved products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only offered if there was an error or defect on our part.

  • Eligibility: If an error or defect is found, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a description of the issue to expedite resolution.
  • Resolution: We will either correct the error and resend the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellations may not be accepted due to production schedules, especially for custom items.

Returns are only accepted if:

  1. There is an error in production caused by Divine Designs.
  2. The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

For all eligible returns:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with its original packaging.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be processed for items damaged after delivery.

  • Photos of the item (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items unless the error was on our part.
