Great transaction! I asked for extra photos of the lamp, and they responded right away with lots of detailed photos. Super friendly. They even thought to contact me to suggest a more secure shipping method than the one I had chosen, in case there might be package theft in my area (there is!) given that the item was kind of expensive.
