We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe and quality shipping. By placing an order with Divine Designs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Carriers: All orders are shipped via USPS. Standard orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Custom items may require 7-10 business days for processing, unless otherwise notified during peak seasons.

Address Accuracy: Please provide the correct shipping address at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Insurance: For high-value items, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance during checkout to protect against loss or damage during transit. Any claims related to lost or damaged items must be filed directly with the carrier.

Transit Time: Delivery times vary and depend on the carrier. Divine Designs is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers, including international customs.

Responsibility Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped or dropped off with the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to track the shipment and manage any issues, including customs clearance for international orders. We are unable to intervene in customs processes or delays.

Returns of Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, an invalid address, or similar reasons, the buyer must pay for re-shipment. Refunds are not available for unclaimed or undeliverable packages.

Additional Shipping Charges: If shipping rates increase after your order is placed, any additional costs will be included in the final invoice.

Claims for Damage or Loss: Customers must retain all original packaging and provide proof of damage to file claims with the carrier. We can assist in initiating claims but are not responsible for the outcome. Customers must follow carrier procedures to resolve these claims.
